So there are may things to do in the cities around the world. Rather than dive in a focus on one city, I want to start with something that can be done in nearly every city.

Biking is a great way to really enjoy a city. It gets you close to the city and you will see things you just can’t see from a car.

If you are more adventurous there are biking tours as well. A biking tour is a way to get exercise and mingle with other cyclists at the same time.

And don’t forget the races, charity rides, fun rides and ust plain riding. The International Christian Cycling Club (IC3) takes part in races throughout the country. Some areas of the world IC3 organizes races too. Many of the believers do weekly training rides, casual rides and organized rides. The IC3 is a way for Christians to glorify God and have a good time doing it.

World Vision is a great organization to support. They have helped people all around the world with many aspects of life. As a Christian-based organization they have a heart to help those in need in a loving way.

Inspired by our Christian values, we are dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable people. We serve all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.

As you can see by the following mission statement the main focus is really saving the world — Leading people to the ultimate Salvation!

World Vision is an international partnership of Christians whose mission is to follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation, seek justice, and bear witness to the good news of the Kingdom of God.

This is a really novel idea. What if you were to give one day’s wages to a cause of your choice? What if hudreds (or thousands) of others did the same. How much of an impact would it make? How much of a burden would it be? I would bet you will get more out of it than you have to “give”. Check out One Day Give.

Welcome to our site. This first organization of the day will be ourselves. How selfish is that! Well I am doing that so you know what we are about and why we are doing this. We don’t want your money.

It is our hope to find some great organizations and share them with the world. It seems harder and harder each year to find a great place to donate to. I personally think this is because we don’t look as hard as we should. We are not involved enough to see what is right before our eyes. It is my hope that you (yes the one reading this right now) can find an organization you are passionate about.

If you find an organization to support make sure you share it with the rest of us. If it here that is great. But it would be best if you found it right in your own back yard. 

A simple listing like this site might be all that is necessary to help a struggling team find a passionate volunteer. We know there are already website that facilitate this effort. Our intent is not to take over and replace them. Instead we want to support them. We are just another avenue to publicize a Church or other non-profit.
